Now, these may not be properties around Greater Boston, but those of you that frequent Florida among other destinations may be interested. The downsides to these sweet deals include complexes that don't allow renting, property tax, and locations. The prices far outweigh some of the negatives though, as long and would be better for vacation spots opposed to investing.
