About Mike DelRose

The Mike DelRose Real Estate Team was established fundamentally in the early 1990's, but started to take shape at the turn of the century with it's own brand image and logo. What started as a Real Estate Broker & Transaction Coordinator is now a full-fledged team that consists of a broker, several buyer specialists, and support staff that include marketing & finance.

The team members realize that reputation is earned, not created and strive to set a standard of excellence in the industry. They accomplish this by attending seminars & courses regularly as well as always looking for ways to improve themselves and the service to their clients.

The Mike DelRose Real Estate Team operates under Broker/Owner Allan Fields' RE/MAX First Realty franchise that has offices in Newton, Waltham, & Watertown, Massachusetts.

    Mike DelRose graduated from the Boston College School of Management in 1978 and has been a full time licensed broker since that time. Over the course of his career he has worked for numerous developers and has expertise in condominium development, residential sales, buyer representation, and has been involved in numerous commercial transactions. He is recognized as one of the top agents with RE/MAX of New England and has been awarded to the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and earned the Lifetime Achievement Award.

    Mike was born and raised in Watertown, MA and currently lives in Belmont with his wife Connie. His son Mike Jr. is a member of his team and his son Nick currently attends Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. He is involved in the community and supports numerous charitable & civic organizations including The Rotary Club of Watertown, The Watertown/Belmont Chamber of Commerce, The Watertown Boys & Girls Club, and Business Networking International. Mike is also a Corporator at Watertown Savings Bank.

    Mike DelRose Jr. recently graduated from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI  in May of 2009 and received a degree in Marketing and minors in Business Administration & Sports Management.

    Mike Jr. built a diverse resume throughout his college career as he was the Senior Dispatcher at Salve Regina's Office of Safety & Security and was involved in the University's American Marketing Association chapter. He was invited into the American Marketing Association's National Honor Society in 2009.

    Driven with a competitive nature and love for sports, Mike Jr. joined up with the Newport Gulls as a game-day operations intern & ticket booth manager. Mike Jr. then took his experience to the professional level as he interned with the New England Patriots as an assistant to both the Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Marketing.

    Mike Jr. joined the Mike DelRose Real Estate Team in September of 2009 with the idea that an organization should provide superior customer service to its clients.

    John DelRose joined The Mike DelRose Real Estate Team in 1998 and hasn't looked back as he averages over $6 Million in sales and rentals every year. 

    A former Naval Officer, retiring from the Naval Reserve in 1997, he has brought with him a unique set of skills and decision-making abilities required for every Navy officer.

    John is married and together with his wife Mary has two daughters currently attending college in New England. While he enjoys spending time with his family, he is also involved in the community of Watertown where he currently lives, most recently being on the Board of Directors of Watertown Youth Soccer.

    Having a strong commitment to professionalism and the desire to further pursue education in the field, John has added to his real estate resume being a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) & Accredited Buyer Representative.

    Peter DelRose graduated from Watertown High School in 1977 and attended Bentley College and UMass Boston. Prior to working in real estate, Peter was employed by 3M Company as a sales representative in their Engineering Reprographics Division. Peter has been a full time real estate agent since 1995 when he joined RE/MAX.

     Peter was born and raised in Watertown where he continues to reside with his wife Mary and their children, Peter, Sean, Alanna, James and Ryan. Peter has been involved with Watertown youth sports organizations, coaching teams for the Watertown Boys & Girls Club, Watertown Youth Basketball, Watertown/Belmont Pop Warner Football, and Watertown Little League where he also served on the Board of Directors. Peter has also volunteered at Saint Jude Parish/School  of Waltham where he served as the President of the Parent Teacher Organization and served on the Parish Council. At Trinity Catholic High School in Newton, he served as President of the Athletic Association, President of the Parent Teacher Organization and served on the school Board of Directors. Peter currently volunteers his time at Arlington Catholic High School. 

    Peter specializes in residential sales, especially with first time buyers and can use his knowledge to guide you through the entire home buying process. Peter is dedicated to making your real estate transaction a positive experience through his commitment & enthusiasm.

For the past 21 years, Ada has assisted buyers and sellers achieve their goals of buying and selling their homes in the Greater Boston and Metro West area of Massachusetts.

    Ada is an agent that easily connects with her clients because she understands the importance of the their needs and their search for honesty, integrity, & loyalty.

    Annette Dayie began her career as a real estate bookkeeper in 1985 and soon earned a reputation for her expertise in this field. She started her employment with Mike DelRose in 1994 and has been part of the team ever since, currently in her role as the Finance Operations Director.

    Annette was raised in Watertown and currently resides in Brighton. She is an avid animal lover and gardening enthusiast.

    Kristine, a lifelong resident of Watertown, is the Mike DelRose Real Estate Team's Transaction Coordinator and has worked for the team for over 10 years. She handles all the details of the buying and/or selling transaction from contact to close. Her main goal is to ensure the end result is client satisfaction. While your home is actively for sale, she will ensure that it is showcased throughout all the teams marketing mediums. She is also responsible for coordinating open houses and preparing instructions for agents to show the property. Kristine monitors and prepares all important documents involving the team's real estate transactions and updates all involved parties throughout the process.

    Kristine has strong roots in Watertown where she lives with her husband Kurt and three children Mackenzie, Kristopher, & Michael.

    Veteran, Firefighter, Real Estate Agent, Father, Grandfather of eighteen, and Great Grandfather are only a few of the many words that describe Concenzio “Connie” DelRose. Working in Real Estate since 1979, Connie had a brief stint with retirement which rivals that of a certain NFL quarterback. Being a lifelong learner, Connie has continued his real estate education & has now rejoined the team as our Senior Consultant. As we move towards raising standards for real estate agents, Connie will be there leading the way. 

    Connie is a former buyer specialist and has 30 years of Real Estate experience. His credentials include being a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) & Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).
